make cookies

for 6 months training in a five-star hotel, I did not wasted any time. in addition to making chocolate there I also learned how to make a cake or cookies that have become standard hotels.
one of the dry cake recipe that I can make is chocolate chip cookies.

material:
600 gr butter
850 gr sugar
5 g eggs
1200 gr flour
25 gr baking powder
750 gr chocolate chips

how to make:
1. butter and sugar shaken or stirred and mixed all the loose
2. then enter the egg
3. after the solid material input mix flour, baking powder steadily.
4. after thoroughly blended choco chip input.
5. are all mixed, shape the dough according to taste and then enter the oven until golden brown look and lift.
